Stylish little restaurant with lovely river views and a nice vibe. Great menu, really good wine list (Riedel wine glasses, nice touch!). I think the lady who looked after us was actually one of the owners and she was warm, friendly and helpful. The menu is very European and with such a good selection it was hard to choose, especially when it came to dessert! Standouts were the prawn entree, the confit quail and the deconstructed trifle (but I also tried the white chocolate and cherry semi freddo, wow)

We stumbled upon Blue Angel on our 1st Saturday night on Holidays. The menu jumped out as something different to anywhere else along the Noosaville strip Beautiful food brilliantly presented & flavoursome. Great value for money & the staff/owners are engaging & welcoming. We made a point of returning again before leaving only to be delighted with the exquisite dessert Blue Angel is definitely on our must do list whenever in Noosa. Fantastic!!!!! Dennis & Beate

Enjoyed a great night at Blue Angel – the food was exceptional and service was wonderful – very attentive staff. We sat outside and enjoyed watching the scenery while eating our lovely scallops and enjoying a good bottle of wine. Prices are realistic and not over the top – we will definately go back.

Having eaten at several restaurants whilst holidaying here in Noosa from Gladstone I would rate Blue Angel as one of the best for overall value for money. The food is magic and the $30 lunch special is unvelievably good. I had the prawns for entree which were so damm good I had 2 servings!! The wife was also impressed (not that I had 2 entrees) with the food so we will be back again before we head off back north. Thanks for a very enjoyable meal and great service

Hey guys – thanks for a great night and we soooooooooooooooooo loved the food that we are booked for our anniversary in Feb 2013.

A wonderful experience of efficiency, courtesy, organisation topped off with superb food. We stayed for four hours, eating our way through the breakfast menu and finished off with champagne and birthday cake. A combination of family and friends made the day. The all-day brunch made it a very relaxed affair.

I confidently turned right at an intersection when I should have turned left and consequently my wife was not pleased when we didn’t end up near the restaurant I had planned to take her to. Some ‘angel’ must have been on my side however because we spotted this restaurant offering a Wednesday night special of two courses for thirty dollars and decided (well, she decided) we were not walking another step.
I’m back in the good books because our meal was superb. We both ordered the chicken liver paté as an entree and it was so large and so tasty we just gorged ourselves. The mains were just as good. Great service and they kept coming around checking how the meals were which impressed us as well.
Sometimes a little luck goes a long way.

Just by chance and after looking at your menu my wife and I decided to indulge at your restaurant. I had the garlic prawns for entree and these were cooked to perfection as was my wife’s duck. The main courses were just awesome as well guys – I had a magnificent steak and my wife had the pork belly. Overall we would rate your establishment a 12 / 10 and the food as good as we have ever tasted. Anyone who enjoys GOOD FOOD must visit Blue Angel and I will tell our mates your venue is a MUST VISIT

Renowned food critic Ann Rickard enjoyed brunch at the Blue Angel – To read the complete review published in the Noosa News CLICK HERE ….. Here is a snippet
Weekends just got a whole lot better with the arrival of the brunch menu at Blue Angel. Your Saturdays and Sundays will be more relaxed and enhanced with the range of delicious breakfast and lunch combinations available from 8am through to 3pm on both days at the Gympie Tce restaurant. Blue Angel owner Katherine Farrelly sat down with her chefs Matt Law (head) and Jarrod Carolan (sous) and came up with a menu overflowing with fresh,
organic brunch choices. They have included all the breakfast dishes everyone seeks on the weekend, and they’ve
added a number of inventive dishes that work really well for a mid-morning feast as well as a midday or early afternoon treat.
We were so charmed by the choices, two of us ordered four dishes. (To trial on your behalf, you understand.) By-passing the omelettes and giving Blue Angel’s own muesli a miss, we zoomed in on the French toast: thick slices of egg-coated bread smothered with candied bacon and roasted almonds, drenched with a maple syrup. I love the sweetness of syrup with bacon, it’s such a pleasure, especially when the presentation involves a light dusting of icing sugar. This is one to spoil yourself with.

A group of us met up on Gympie Terrace and decided on the Blue Angel for dinner and we are soooooo glad we did. Awesome food guys!! They guys had steaks and the girls went mostly for the seafood but all meals were just magnificent. We loved the atmosphere and friendly down to earth service and all in all we just loved the place.
Not one to usually write a review but this place deserved a big rap!! If you visit Noosa you just have to have a meal here ….

I visited the restaurant with my Mum on a weekday during the school holidays. We were the only patrons there and looked after so well by the owner. The comfy chairs and great view just added to the enjoyment of our lunch from the menu with something to suit everyone.
My mum chose the open grill crap & avocado sandwich with sweet potatoes fries and side salad. I had the crispy skin barramundi with beetroot salad. It usually also comes with the house potatoes but I asked for the sweet potatoes fries also. This was not a problem at all.
My barramundi was cooked to perfection with the sweet firm flesh complemented by the perfectly crispy skin. The beetroot salad had a great balsamic dressing and the sweet potato fries had been cooked to crunchy perfection. My mother said her meal was tasty also with the crap prepared well, sweet and moist.
All up for our lunch the cost came to $52 including a 1 litre bottle of San Pellegrino.
We would have had dessert and coffee as the items looked very tasty but had to run.
Defiantly go back and sample more of the tasty menu and great service. They also have a set sample menu some nights that looks tasty and cost effective.

I enduldged in a perfectly cooked steak which went down well with a cold beer. The food was perfect. The staff were very prompt and friendly. I will definitely be eating here again!
Thanks you for a lovely evening!

I took my wife here for our anniversary and we were impressed by the extensive menu, divine desserts and excellent wine list. The service was efficient and professional but not bothersome. I had told the staff when I booked it was our anniversary and they went out of their way to ensure we had the table we wanted. The restaurant offers a warm, intimate atmosphere and we loved the fact it is not crowded by other local eateries.
We will definitely dine here again and will recommend Blue Angel to our friends and family. Thanks to the team at Blue Angel for a memorable anniversary dinner
